I booked 4 rooms for 3 nights incl. Breakfast. At the time of check-in they asked for full payment of 30k. I got a bit suspicious and requested to see the rooms first. The very first room 206 was filthy. There was dust in the rooms. Surfaces, table. Linens had hairs & were dirty. The washrooms were smelly. There was no kettle in the rooms. Doors are jamming and creating creaking sounds. No hangers in the cupboard and missing handles. It seems the owner has stopped putting money in infrastructure and is now milking this property for money. Please do not get deceived from images available online. It is all trickery to create the illusion of spacious rooms.

If I could give rating in negative I would have given that. The worst hotel with the most unprofessional and rude staff. The room stinks of cigarette and alcohol. The cleaning is poor. Maintenance is zero. The staff people at hotels are like some local gangsters. The talk as if they are paying customers. The will definitely file a complaint against them wherever I can.

One of the best hotel in vaishali nagar rooms bed are so osm and comfortable banquet hall and lobby are so osm hotel staff also so helpful...I personally suggested you must visite and take good experience

WORST EXPERIENCE! I made a mistake to book this hotel for my sisters wedding and it was a terrible terrible experience. Cigarette butts and alcohol bottles everywhere before check in, no soap or bottles in the bathroom, denied service, rude staff who said "who asked you to come here, we didn't ask you to come. COUPLES COME HERE FOR THAT KIND OF STUFF" These were the words they used. I mean, after mentally harrasing me and my family, abusing our guests and disturbing them to the core, they had the audacity to say such cheap things

Highly disappointed by the services provided by the hotel. Rooms were filthy, staff was rude, even no water to drink. Pathetic palace should be the name instead of indra palace.
